Creating a vippg account is quick and free. Visit the vippg Login page and click the registration option. You will need to provide a valid email address, a mobile number, and a secure password. You must confirm that you are at least 21 years old and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Once submitted, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email to activate your account. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes.

The minimum age to register and play at vippg is 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. All players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified account holder.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete KYC, log in to your vippg account and go to the Verification section. You will need to upload:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID);
  • A selfie holding your ID;

Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. You will be notified by email once your account is verified.

Go to the vippg Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. No. Each player is permitted to hold only one vippg account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue.

  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on the bank;
All withdrawals are subject to a security review. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

vippg does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals on our end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank directly for their current fee schedules.

Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — meaning you need to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you must wager a certain multiple of your bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Different games may contribute differently toward meeting the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Most bonuses at vippg are automatically credited to your account when the qualifying conditions are met (e.g., making a qualifying deposit).
